All community events will be managed through the Hawk's Ridge Board. Events for the community may be planned through e-mail or Evite, and the initial e-mail will be sent out by the Hawk's Ridge Board to gauge interest.
If you wish to plan a community event, please send the details of the event to hawksridgect@gmail.com to request creation of an invitation on your behalf. For e-mail invitations, the board will request that responses be sent directly to the organizer.
For smaller and/or recurring events: homeowners may manage these communications directly, but please limit the distribution list to those individuals who have shown interest and signed up for ongoing notifications. The first invitation should go through the Hawk's Ridge Board to send an invitation and determine ongoing interest.
Please respect privacy where appropriate by using bcc (blind carbon copy) amongst those who may not know one another.
If clubhouse rental is required for your event, please use the form on the " Clubhouse Rental" page and fill out a "Rental Request Form". Once received and verified that your requested time is available, you will receive an email instructing you to complete the "Clubhouse Rental Agreement" form within 7 days of the request and submit an initialed & signed copy and checks required in advance of each event. Failure to complete the Clubhouse Rental Agreement and include required checks within the 7 days may result in cancellation of your requested clubhouse reservation.
