Step 1 - Clubhouse Reservation
If you would like to rent the Clubhouse, please use the Clubhouse Rental Request Form button below to request a reservation for the desired date & time.
Step 2 - Clubhouse Rental Agreement
Once your reservation request is accepted (clubhouse is available), you must submit the Clubhouse Rental Agreement and 2 checks, within 7 days of reservation request, as described in the Clubhouse Rental Agreement form. Click on the "Rental Agreement" button below to download and print the form. A fully completed and signed and initialed copy + 2 checks are required for confirmation of the clubhouse reservation. Signed form and checks may be dropped off in the clubhouse mailbox or mailed to:

Step 3 - Prep for your event!
Review the lists below for prep before and cleanup after your clubhouse event. These will help to ensure everyone has a smooth experience using the clubhouse. Additionally, a list of suggested supplies has been created as well. If you aren't aware what is/isn't available, this will help you properly plan the appropriate supplies to bring. Enjoy you event!
